One screen for the day: what is waiting on you, batches today, stock alerts and briefs outstanding. Decisions, Live, Insights, Recipes, Pricing and Setup sit one tap away, with production now and stores now side by side.

Decisions
Material requests and stock counts queue for a decision. Approve or reject inline, with a plain-language note under each queue explaining what the decision changes downstream.

Insights
What is worth doing. When an ingredient price moves, the portal names the product it affects, shows the new cost of making it and a suggested price, and offers one action: take it off the daily bake.

Production
What to bake today: confirmed orders against what is already on the shelf give the number to bake per product, followed by who is waiting and when.

Store
A live raw-stock ledger by material with open batches, value and earliest expiry. Reorders trigger from thresholds, and deliveries are booked in against the purchase order.

Distribution
Orders to hand over, confirmed loads by customer with units and amount, and dispatch by route and vehicle.

Accounts
The daily pack: the sales report by counter and route, cash collection, cash due in the drawer, and the variance to explain before close.

Compliance
Batch chain and control points: oven core temperature, cooling room, metal detector. An out-of-spec reading opens a corrective action that stays on the record.

The whole system in Swahili, switchable per user: Maamuzi, Moja kwa moja, Uchambuzi, Mapishi, Bei, Mipangilio. Same data, same actions, the language the team actually speaks.
